Select the statement that best describes your swimmer.

1. My Child can swim across the pool with confidence taking his/her own breath, and can roll over and back float with ease.
2. My child is learning to swim

Stroke School – best describes your swimmer

1.My child is new to swimming and/or is fearful of water
2.My child can go underwater and blow bubbles, cautiously back floats, and can do a front glide with face in for a short distance
3.My child has a strong kick, back floats without fear, easily puts his/her face in the water and blows bubbles

Learn to Swim - describes your swimmer

1.My child is confident in the water and can swim across the pool and take a breath with ease, can roll over and back float without help but does not know how to swim freestyle in proper form
2.My child can swim Freestyle with proper side breathing but does not know how to swim backstroke or any of the other strokes in proper form
3.My child can swim freestyle and backstroke in good form but does not know breaststroke or butterfly

4.My child can swim all of the strokes in good form except for butterfly
