FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Saguaro Aquatics does not offer a pause option. To stop lessons, a withdrawal form is required. To end lessons at the end of the current month, the form must be submitted by the 15th. Withdrawal requests submitted after the 15th may either pay a $50 late withdrawal fee per swimmer to stop lessons at the end of the current month or be applied to the end of the following month. Please note that the late withdrawal option is not available once the new month has begun.

After withdrawal, your account will remain on file with no enrollment charges. When you ’ re ready to return, you may re – enroll through your client portal or by calling us.

Throughout enrollment, coaches provide brief progress updates to families on deck during the last lesson of each month. However, when a coach determines that a swimmer is ready to grad uate to the next level, families are officially notified by email. Swimmers remain enrolled in their current level until the family enrolls them in the next level through the client portal or with assistance from our admin team

If you believe your swimme r may be ready to graduate but have not received an email notification, please contact the admin team by phone, email, or at the front desk to check on your swimmer ’ s status. If needed, an administrator can request a graduation assessment. Please do not en roll your swimmer in the next level until graduation has been confirmed

Swimmers need to bring their bathing suit, goggles, and a towel to each lesson. All swimmers under the age of 3 are required to “ double diaper, ” meaning they must wear a disposable swim diaper underneath a reusable swim diaper — even if they are potty trained. This industry – standard practice helps keep our water clean and prevents class disruptions due to fecal incidents
