FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Saguaro Aquatics does not offer a pause option. To stop lessons, a withdrawal form is required. To end lessons at the end of the current month, the form must be submitted by the 15th. Withdrawal requests submitted after the 15th may either pay a $50 late withdrawal fee per swimmer to stop lessons at the end of the current month or be applied to the end of the following month. Please note that the late withdrawal option is not available once the new month has begun.
After withdrawal, your account will remain on file with no enrollment charges. When you ’ re ready to return, you may re – enroll through your client portal or by calling us.
Throughout enrollment, coaches provide brief progress updates to families on deck during the last lesson of each month. However, when a coach determines that a swimmer is ready to grad uate to the next level, families are officially notified by email. Swimmers remain enrolled in their current level until the family enrolls them in the next level through the client portal or with assistance from our admin team
If you believe your swimme r may be ready to graduate but have not received an email notification, please contact the admin team by phone, email, or at the front desk to check on your swimmer ’ s status. If needed, an administrator can request a graduation assessment. Please do not en roll your swimmer in the next level until graduation has been confirmed
Monthly tuition is based on the number of class days scheduled for your class each month. Beca use the calendar changes from month to month, the number of classes — and therefore your tuition — can vary
Additionally, a $40 annual registration fee is charged during the first month of enrollment each calendar year.
We recommend reviewing your emailed pay ment receipt, which shows the number of classes and any registration fees included. The increase in your bill is usually due to either the annual registration fee or a higher number of classes in that month ’ s billing cycle
