MAKE-UP INSTRUCTIONS

We allow 1 (ONE) Make-Up per month. It must be scheduled in the month in which the absence occurs using the Make Up form below. We can schedule make ups before or after the absence. Your Make-Up can be scheduled up to 7 days in advance. We don’t reschedule or provide make ups for missed Make Ups. We don’t schedule or discuss make-ups in office. Please check your junk mail if you have not received a response within 48 hours. If you are having trouble with following the directions below please call our office once you have logged into your Parent Portal.

STEP 1: Log into Parent Portal using your email address and password. If you forgot or don’t have a password you may reset it from the login screen.

STEP 2: Determine your swimmer’s current level  by viewing the My Schedule section in the Parent Portal Dashboard.

STEP 3: Locate appropriate Make-Up options. 

               A. From the Dashboard click the green Find Classes button. A list of all classes will be displayed.

               B. Filter the class list by clicking the blue Add a Filter button on the right side of the screen. After selecting your filter option click the Add Filter button to apply the filter. We recommend the following Filters: LOCATION, CLASS LEVEL , & DAYS OF THE WEEK – select all days you are available for a Make-Up (Don’t use CLASS DAYS Filter)

STEP 4:  Submit the Make Up Form, one per swimmer unless siblings are swimming at the same level. If so, please mention this in the Note section of the form below. In the form below enter up to the requested information and a Note if needed. Click submit. We will reply with confirmation. Until you receive an email confirmation you don’t have a scheduled Make-Up. After confirmation please reference your Parent Portal for details related to your  Make-Ups (Time, Coach, Date).

SWIMMER INFO – please send one form for EACH swimmer, UNLESS siblings are in the same class - please tell us in the NOTE below.
